Dear olive oil friend,
We know it's been a bit quiet around Just Olives lately, but we've been working hard to make our company even better for you. So it is high time that we inform you in this newsletter about the most important new developments around Just Olives as well as the 2022 harvest!
After continuously growing over the last few years and winning more and more customers with our unique olive oil from our farmers, the optimisation of our internal processes towards more efficient and sustainable was our priority. Only with these changes can we ensure our values of transparency, quality, sustainability and lifestyle. For you as a customer, this means: getting top-quality olive oil at any time that has been produced sustainably and in harmony with nature.
Welcome to the team!
As the first step on this path, we have founded a new company that enables us to manage Just Olives even better. And with the new company, we have also expanded our team and thus our competences! There are now four of us at Just Olives!
Kate, our newest team member, has been supporting Carmen, Christian and Cassian, the founders of Just Olives, in their daily work for a few months now and brings a lot of know-how in the areas of business processes and social media.
We are bio certified!
Probably the most important update for you is that we are now officially certified as an organic olive oil supplier! Although our farmers have always produced organic olive oil and are also officially certified as organic, we at Just Olives were not allowed to declare this on our products without being certified as an organic online shop ourselves.
Sounds strange and for us as a start-up it is associated with very high running costs. That is why we have shied away from this step in recent years, because we would rather give every euro to our farmers or invest it into Just Olives. However, we have received an increasing number of critical questions regarding quality and trustworthiness, which is why we have decided to take this formal step. Either way, transparency, quality and sustainability will always be our top priority, and we are happy to be able to offer you our finest olive oil with an official organic logo on the label this year!
Our shop opens next Sunday!
Last but not least, we want to inform you about this year's opening of our online shop. We are sure you are as excited about the new harvest as we are. :-)
This year, our online shop will open on Sunday, 21 August 2022!
From then on, you can order your fresh annual supply of Just Olives organic olive oil as usual. Your fresh oil will then be delivered to you again at the end of November/beginning of December - guaranteed before Christmas!
We thank you already today, also on behalf of our farmers for your trust, and look forward to enjoying the 2022 olive oil vintage with you!
